What data I collect

Data you send voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, any company or publication, subject and text of the message.

Technical browsing data automatically collected by the server (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) in log files, for the functioning and security of the site.

Purpose and legal basis

Responding to requests sent through the form: the legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box before sending.

Ensuring the security and correct functioning of the site: the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller.

Retention

Messages received through the form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months after it is closed, except where required by law. Technical logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for security.

Data recipients

Data may be processed, on behalf of the controller, by: the site’s hosting provider (Flamenetworks); the email service provider used to receive and reply to messages. These parties act as data processors. Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Messages sent through the form are delivered to a mailbox managed by Google (Gmail): this may involve a transfer of data to the United States, carried out on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US adequacy framework).

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, as well as data portability, by writing to carminedidonato84@gmail.com.
